1. How did you feel this week?
Great! I made great improvements in my quickness and agility.
2. What drills are you best at right now?
I'm best at the 5-10-5 (short shuttle), 225 lb. bench press, and 40-yard dash.
3. What do you think sets you apart from the rest?
The coaches I'm working with are top notch and I am completely dedicated to achieving my dreams.
4. What was your favorite meal of the week?
My favorite meal was raw honey baked salmon with kale, apple, tomato, and balsamic salad.
5. What activities do you do to unwind?
To unwind I relax, watch tv, and stretch.
6. What was the "extra" work you put in at the end of the workout?
